Application privacy notice

PROMOLYT collects your name, email, property URLs, audience and geography information, placement types, indicative pricing and any notes you choose to provide. We use these details to review applications, assess ownership and audience suitability, assist inventory setup and contact you about your application and private access.

This acknowledgement is not a marketing subscription. We do not sell application data or publish your application. Application records, recruitment review statuses and private internal notes are available only to authorised operators through protected sessions or restricted server access. Infrastructure providers process data needed to host this service.

Storage and retention

Application records remain pending until manually reviewed. Records are kept while the application and private-access programme are active; operators must periodically review retention and remove records that are no longer necessary. Security rate-limit records contain a keyed, pseudonymous network identifier and expire after 15 minutes. Optional analytics contain event names and timestamps only and are retained for up to 30 days.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your application through Support. We may need to confirm ownership of your email before fulfilling a request. You can change optional analytics preferences at any time using Cookie settings below. Read our cookie notice for details.
