PROMOLYT

Prepare your newsletter for sponsorships.

Newsletter sponsorship starts with a clear audience, an honest media profile and a placement that fits your publication.

Define the placement you can offer

A newsletter placement might be a sponsored section, a dedicated send or part of a package across your channels. Explain where the sponsor appears, how often you publish and what is included. Keep editorial content and paid promotion clearly distinguishable. The formats shown here describe potential inventory; this recruitment website does not accept advertiser bookings.

Describe readers, not just subscriber totals

Include your publication URL, approximate subscriber count, main audience geography and topic. If you have average opens, reach or views, include the measurement period and explain the source in your notes. Label estimates honestly. Do not upload subscriber lists or personal audience data. A small specialist newsletter can apply: there is no minimum follower or subscriber count in this programme.

Prepare an indicative sponsorship rate

You can provide a price, currency and format in the application, or leave pricing unset if you are still deciding. Consider what the placement includes and the work involved in producing it. PROMOLYT does not provide a verified market price on this recruitment site. You remain responsible for your rates and for deciding which campaigns suit your readers.

Apply for the Founding Publisher programme

Use the application to submit your newsletter alongside any other properties you own or lawfully manage, up to eight properties in total. The team manually reviews ownership and audience information and may request evidence. The first 50 approved publishers receive 0% PROMOLYT commission on their first three completed campaigns; third-party payment charges are separate. Applying does not reserve a place, create an account or guarantee sponsorship income.
