Make your podcast sponsorship offer clear.
A useful podcast sponsorship offer explains the audience, the placement and the evidence you can provide.
Describe your show and its audience
Submit the public podcast URL, approximate audience size, main geography and niche. Explain whether an audience figure means listeners, downloads or another measurement, and give the reporting period in your notes. If recent reach data is unavailable, say so rather than presenting a guess as a verified result.
Explain the placement
Select podcast sponsorship in the application and describe the format you can offer. For example, explain whether it is a host-read message or another agreed segment, where it appears and what production work is included. If your offer includes newsletter or social promotion, add those owned properties separately and describe the package. These are potential formats, not active bookings on this website.
Set expectations before agreeing a campaign
Provide indicative pricing with a currency and the relevant format, or leave it unset while you develop your offer. You choose your rates and which campaigns to accept. Clearly identify paid advertising and follow the requirements applicable to your show and audience. The planned campaign workflow includes proof of the delivered placement; payment follows delivery review and the agreed campaign terms.
Submit an application for review
The same Founding Publisher application supports podcasts, newsletters, social channels and specialist media. You can add up to eight properties and do not need a minimum audience size. Review is manual and may require ownership or audience evidence. Applying does not create a marketplace account or guarantee campaigns. The first 50 approved publishers receive 0% PROMOLYT commission on their first three completed campaigns, with third-party payment charges separate.
